Come enjoy a concert as the sun sets. David Stanwood will play his piano improvisations including two on themes by Francisco Tárrega, Spain’s classical guitar composer who was a contemporary of Chopin.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15, at 7:30 AM: YOGA CLASS WITH JASON MAZAR-KELLY (online via Zoom)
Join our weekly all-levels Kripalu Flow Yoga led by Jason Mazar-Kelly (Yogijay). Classes focus on soothing the nervous system through a combination of movement, breathwork, and meditation. This class is accessible to all levels and is a fun way to wake up while starting the day with a sense of peace in these times of uncertainty.
