About

Here at Yankee Candle's Village Store is where you'll find 400,000 candles in over 200 different famous Yankee scents. But it's far from just a shop! It's a unique, entertaining world of New England charm, fairy tale fantasies, and hands-on, interactive candlemaking that's fun for every age.

The facility's stand out feature is the Wax Works, where your family can create their own multi colour wax sculptures, build up a 35 hour lasting candle of your own choices of scents, and make lasting impressions of the kids' hands!

Plus travel through theWaterfall Courtyard and Nutcracker Castle to visit with Santa in his Enchanted Toy Works! Christmas loving kids can visit Santa year round in their Bavarian styled winter wonderland, full of darling little features that will captivate your kids. Warm snow falls constantly and if you can time your trip for a gala event you may see the Red Man himself arriving by helicopter!

And The Candle Mountain Boys, their animatronic band, will endlessly entertain your group in the Kringle Market, near Mrs. Claus' Bakery and Cafe.

Fun shopping experience. Can get busy and crowded but still worth the trip. Sometimes there are craft activities for the kids and you might even have a Santa and Mrs Claus sighting any time of year! Even if you're window shopping, the Santa's village area is worth the walk through. Nice outside seating.

Absolutely love the ride up, an hour of nice scenery. Great deals or coupons always available. Theres so much more than candles, kids area, food, home decor, Christmas village, so much fun! I enjoy making a trip every few months. The staff are so helpful and friendly!

Wonderful place to visit at any time of year, but especially during the fall and winter. They have their Christmas display year round, which will always get you into the holiday spirit, and you can buy many different unique ornaments year round. Overall the village has an enchanting old world feel to it. You can get a history of how candles were made, sometimes with a demonstration! Kids can also make their own candle (this is a very child friendly place and good for family outing). The village has an adorable General Store, space for local artisans to display their crafts, and some great deals on Yankee Candle products!

Yankee Candle is a great place filled with wonderful "magic" and insures great memories that last and hold up. What does this mean? I went 10 years ago and the place hasn't really changed at all- is this good or bad? I'll let you decide. Whether you love making candles, candle shopping, food, purses or little Christmas decorations- Yankee Candle can provide you with all these things and more. When you first walk in there is a room dedicated to kitchen supplies things like food mixes, aprons, whisks, plates, etc. Followed by a room of candles, then decorations, then trees/ornaments, then wooden trinkets, then santa's work shop- which even despite it being March, Yankee Candle had an "official" Santa reading to the children that had been visiting that day. There were toys and spots to make candy, a place to grab food, a place for men to chill, more food stuff, etc. The only down side to Yankee Candles is that you get a whole lot of little stuff for a whole lot of money. Meaning if you go, expect to spend a lot of cash even if there are sales. It would be really easy to go in there and grab three things and still end up paying over 40 bucks. Place was clean, staff was nice, children were entertained. Can't really complain as my group kinda expected that we were going to spend quite a lot there.

I had a pleasant experience. Beautiful place. I'm not sure how the customer service was, I haven't had much experience with customer service. Although my mom said that her friend quit working at Yankee because of the customer service. Despite that, beautiful building! And GREAT SANTA CLAUS!
