The Christina Gallery, open year-round, is located on the corner of North Water and Winter Streets in the heart of historic downtown Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard. A spacious gallery encompassing two floors, The Christina Gallery has as its focus traditional art. Impressionism and Expressionism by contemporary artists, marine paintings by living masters, and contemporary Sailors' Valentines are all to be found on display.
Likewise, antique works on paper by such well known artists as Renoir, Tissot, the Pissarro family and Robbe are also hanging at The Christina Gallery. Over the course of many years, a wonderful collection of antique maps and nautical charts from the mid 1800's have been amassed and these form the centerpiece of a truly unique display. With the works of more than 40 artists on display the gallery prides itself on showing an ever evolving collection with something new always arriving.
