The Springfield Indie Soul Festival organizers welcome authors, merchants, musician exhibitors, art exhibitors and exhibitors of book related merchandise. The purpose of the Indie Soul Festival is to provide New England and the Tri-State visitors with high quality cultural entertainment that will feature non-stop live soulful performers, food vendors, art, food vendors, artisans, authors, book & music vendors, fashion market and much more.

Our History

In September of 2007, a group of dedicated individuals and music lovers, lead by Mayoral Aid Darryl E. Moss, Cultural Educator Andrew Keaton, Indie Soul Artist Big Brooklyn Red, and 90.7 WTCC Radio Personality James Lewis made the decision to produce an annual festival that would bring good wholesome live music to the city of Springfield and give Indie-Artists a home in the region.

Finally, New England residents would have a significant culturally entertaining monthly cultural event devoid of the social challenges that come along with more mainstream projects.
