Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary
Located a short distance from downtown Attleboro, Oak Knoll features woodlands that are welcoming throughout the year. Be on the lookout for cottontail rabbits, red-winged blackbirds, yellow-rumped warblers, downy woodpeckers, and foxes. Salamanders and frogs are among the species you'll see in the sanctuary's vernal pool. If you'd prefer a guided tour of the sanctuary, the staff lead nature walks throughout the year.
Couple of trails for a quick hike on days I don't have a ton of time but still wanna get out there.
Paths are not wide enough. Decent for some fresh air and hiking. Darius' Final Verdict: Ok.
Great place for bird watching! Level trail so you could enjoy nature with your older and younger loved ones. We saw tons of birds, frogs, turtles, and even a couple snakes!
Very nice . But lake is covered with lilly pads . Make sure you bring bug spray
Great place to take the kids for a short hike.
