News from the Friends of the Weymouth Public Libraries  

1/2 Off Book Sale for all Children's Hardcover books from March 20-25 at the Friends Book Store. Look for a monthly book sale during the 3rd week of each month! 

Extended hours this week are:

-Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10 am - 8 pm

-Tuesday from 10 am - 12 pm and also 4 - 8 pm

-Friday & Saturday from 10 am - 4 pm

Also open from 10 am - 8 pm on Wednesday, 3/29

Book Donations: Book donations are accepted all month.  Don't let those books sit on your shelves collecting dust.  Bring them to the Friends and we'll find them a new home.

Are you a Friend? Support our library by becoming a member of the Friends.  Single membership is $15, family membership is $25, or make a donation.  We hope you will support our organization!

Spring 2023 Household Hazardous Waste Collection 

Weymouth will host a Household Hazardous Waste collection on Saturday, April 1st from 9:00 am -1:00 pm.

Residents may also attend any of 6 other South Shore Recycling Cooperative Household events this spring through June 24.

Fix a Leak Week  

It’s time for the Environmental Protection Agency's annual Fix a Leak Week, March 20 through 26, 2023.  You can find and fix leaks inside and outside your home to save valuable water and money to welcome Spring or all year long. Find out how to detect leaks throughout your home
