The algae bloom has subsided. The Board of Health has been notified that the state testing team has completed two separate tests of Lake George.  All tests were below the guidelines of 70,000 cells/ml.  The toxin microcystin was not detected in either sample.  The Wales Board of Health has now lifted the advisory for Lake George.
