The Town of Wilbraham Broadband Committee, on behalf of the Wilbraham Board of Selectmen (Owner), will receive sealed applications for Owners Project Manager (OPM) Services for procurement and oversight of architectural work, and engineering and construction, of a new municipal fiber network to service municipal, residential and commercial customers throughout the entire Town. The OPM, working with the Broadband Committee on behalf of the Owner, will also provide support and guide the marketing of the municipal fiber services and the commitment process to achieve a take-rate that will support their implementation. The construction cost is anticipated to exceed $10,000,000. The estimated time frame for the project to occur is from April, 2023 to approximately June, 2025. The fee for the OPM services is not to exceed $125,000.
