WINE & MALT PACKAGE STORE LICENSE AVAILABILITY
January 4, 2023
The Board of Licensing Commissioners is announcing that one (1) Section 15 Wine and Malt Package Store License is available as a result of an increase in the population of the Town of Weymouth per the 2020 U.S. Census.
The Licensing Board will be accepting applications from qualified businesses until the deadline of 2 PM on Friday, January 13, 2023. By 2 PM on January 13, 2023, applications will be received by the Department of Municipal Licenses & Inspections, Attention: Weymouth Licensing Board, 75 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189. Applications are subject to review by licensing administrators and the qualified applicant would be recommended to the Licensing Board for their agenda of February 28, 2023. Public Hearing approval by vote would also be subject to the decision of the ABCC.
