The vaccines available will include the following:
COVID Boosters - Bivalent (updated version of original vaccines) formulations of the Moderna and of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID 19
vaccines.
You must have completed a primary series of COVID-19 vaccinations to receive this new booster.
The Moderna Bivalent COVID-19 Vaccine is authorized as single booster dose for individuals 18 years of age and older.
The Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 Vaccine is authorized as a single booster dose for individuals 12 years of age and older.
COVID Primary Series – Adult Vaccines of Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, and J&J and Pediatric Vaccines of Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech only.
Flu vaccine – Both High Dose (65 years and older) and children (3 years and older) and adult vaccines will be offered.
NOTE: You can choose to receive both vaccines at the same time
PLEASE BRING YOUR ID AND INSURANCE CARD TO THE CLINIC
If you are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine booster, the updated booster you receive does not need to be from the same manufacturer you received for your primary vaccination or previous booster.
