Grub & Guts: Eating Well for a Healthier Microbiome

Understanding Back Pain and Tips for Improvement

Sound Bath

Experience the power of sound and meditation to calm your nervous system, uplift your mood and create a healing environment for optimum health with sound therapist and musician Bernadette Yao. You will learn how to use your own breath and voice to lower stress and experience a deeply meditative Sound Bath with Bernadette’s collection of alchemy crystal singing bowls and healing voice. Get to know the COA with an introduction to all we have to offer, including a variety of programs, fitness, transportation, volunteer opportunities, referrals, and assistance you may not be aware is available for you. We will also cover specific ways in which the social workers can be helpful to you and your family. Advance sign up is requested but drop-in is welcome.

Saturday, November 19, 10:00 at the Weston Community Center, Meet at 9:50

Make sure you have your calendars marked for our 3rd annual Turkey Trail Walk! Lace up your walking shoes and hit the Legacy Trail with family, friends and Weston neighbors for our 3rd annual Turkey Trail Walk. Meet in front of the COA entrance at the Community Center at 9:50 for a 2.5 mile walk (with a shorter trail option available). Pre-registration is not required. All ages event – bring your friends and family! Co-hosted by the Weston COA & Weston Recreation Department
