Town Of Westminster News Solid Waste Drop-Off Center Waste Oil Tank Is Currently Offline

The waste oil tank at the Solid Waste Drop-off Center is currently unavailable. Something other than waste oil was recently put into the oil tank at the Solid Waste Drop-off Center, resulting in a batch of non-conformal waste oil. At this time, this incident will result in the closing of the tank for a period of time and costs associated to remove and manage the liquid and then clean the tank.
Please note, the waste oil tank is ONLY for used waste oil. Safe management and disposal of waste oil protects not just drinking water, fish, and land, but also you and your family.
