Household Hazards Program on March 8

Protect yourself and your family from common household hazards.

On Wednesday, March 8 at 5:00 p.m. the Health Department and the Fire Department are hosting an in-person household safety program in the Wakelin Room at the Wellesley Free Library.

Learn how to identify and prevent common home health hazards, ask questions, and enjoy snacks and giveaways.

The event is free and open to all, although the information is most appropriate for older children, teens, and adults.

Topics to be discussed include:

- Information on cleaning supplies and chemicals

- Common household fire safety

- Safety hazards from the latest technology and more!

Bring questions! Fire Lieutenant Paul Delaney, SAFE Program Coordinator and WFD Public Education Officer will provide answers.

Advance registration is encouraged. Sign up using this link. Walk-ins are welcome.
