Serve on the Design Review Board (DRB) and help make design recommendations for signage and other projects in Wellesley. 

Working with the Wellesley Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals, the DRB helps ensure that signs and projects follow established design guidelines and enhance the look and character of our town.  

The DRB meets twice a month on Wednesday nights. Members serve for one, two, or three year terms and are responsible for design review for:

- Signage
- Major and minor construction projects involving changes to exterior structures, except for single and two-family projects
- Retaining walls
- Antennas
- Projects triggering Large House Review

The DRB is seeking candidates to fill the two regular member positions below:

- A resident with a background in architecture, landscape design, landscape architecture, the arts, or design.
- A representative of Wellesley's retail business owners.

In addition, the DRB is looking to fill an alternate member position with a candidate that meets one of the above listed criteria.
