Remembrance Tree Program 2022
Please complete the attached 2022 Remembrance Tree flyer. Once complete please tear the bottom off for your records and return the top half with your payment to me via
- USPS mail to Town of Wareham, Attn: Patty, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02558
- Drop off in the Tax Payment box outside of Town Hall, Attn: Patty
- Drop off in person at the Town Administrators office, Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Once received I will email your tree number to you.
