Overhead and Underground drops will be installed by Comcast if you are “Pre-Sold”. Pre-Sold is defined as, you have spoken to Barbara or Jeff from Comcast and have given a verbal confirmation on a service offering during a discussion with them. After that discussion you should receive an email with the subject line: Xfinity Service – (your address). Only then will your address be released into their system for installation of a drop.
