Annual Street Census
I want to thank everyone who have taken the time to complete and mail back their annual street census that were sent out the 1st week in January.
I have received approximately 2/3 of them back. I am now getting ready to send out a 2nd notice which should arrive by the beginning of next week.
Keep in mind, as it is stated on the street census, if you fail to complete and send this back, your voter status will be changed from active to inactive.
- List all members of your households including children. Make any changes or additions and don’t forget to sign and date the bottom before returning it in the envelope provided. You can mail this, drop it at the town hall or put in the mail slot in the front door (facing Rt. 57)
- A member of your household can’t change their registered party or be removed if they are a registered voter unless the Town Clerk receives a request in writing. The request must state the voter is no longer living in town and wants to be removed as a registered voter of Tolland.
- If you wish to Register or Preregister to vote, update address or party, update name or Check your registration Information go to the following state webpage. https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ovr/
- If you are new to town since last January’s census and your household doesn’t receive the form or if you normally receive one and you don’t receive one by next week leave a message at(413) 258-4794 x102 or email me townclerk@tolland-ma.com and I will send you another.
