The Selectboard and Financial Management Team will be holding a series of budget presentations between now and the Advisory Committee Hearing on the Annual Town Meeting Warrant. The first meeting will be held virtually on 3/6 at 6:30 pm. We will discuss the preliminary Fire/EMS, Highway, and Police budgets. Subsequent budget meetings will be held on 3/20 at 6:30 pm and 3/21 at 11 am for an overview of the budget, first look at school numbers, and how ARPA decisions are factored in and on 4/3 at 6:30 pm and 4/4 at 11 am where we will present the almost final budget with good numbers, most funding decisions incorporated, and a preview of some budget-related warrant articles.
Note the tentative date for the Advisory Committee Hearing is 4/18 and Annual Town Meeting is on 5/9.
