On Saturday, October 1, 2022, the Friends of the Milton Council on Aging (COA) are sponsoring a Fit for Life Walk to raise funds for the Milton Council on Aging. The COA provides much-needed social, outreach, and transportation services for adults age 60+ who reside in the town.
Organized by Milton Boot Camp, the event will bring the community together this year to help support the many programs and services the Council on Aging provides to Milton residents 60+ and their families. Click to read our September Newsletter
The walk will begin at 9 a.m. from the COA parking lot at 10 Walnut Street. After the walk, we’ll have coffee, refreshments, and music along with raffle prizes.
There are several ways you can participate:
Register to walk either the one- or three-mile routes at: www.miltonmacoaffl.racewire.com or register In Person at the Council on Aging 10 Walnut Street
-Register by September 12 to receive a race t-shirt.
Become a Sponsor or donate directly to this fundraiser. Donations can either be cash/check, or items for the raffle, i.e., gift cards, gift baskets, tickets, etc.
-Checks can be made payable to “The Friends of the Milton COA” and mailed to the Milton COA, 10 Walnut St., Milton, MA 02186
-Items for the raffle can be donated directly to the COA.
