Meet with Wai Chong, registered pharmacist, and Kelliann Coleman, RN, to check your blood pressure, discuss medication management and learn how to properly use your blood glucose and blood pressure machines. Please bring your machines with you if you have questions. Call Wai Chong at 781-698-4847 to make your appointment or to discuss the possibility of a home visit if you are home-bound.

We know the importance of in-person connections, especially when a loved one has dementia. We hope that caregivers and their loved ones can socialize and share in some meaningful activities. Sponsored by Minute Women Home Care. This program is part of a growing nationwide movement to provide community-based support, stimulation and education for people and families living with cognitive decline. At each Café, individuals with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, along with their caregivers gather.

The Walk MA Challenge is back and we'd love it if you joined us again. Everyone blew us away last year, so we're offering six challenges this year. Walk for your health, your council on aging - and chances to win a prize! The Challenge officially steps off on May 1, but registration is open now. What are you waiting for?

Walk Massachusetts is a community-wide walking challenge running May 1 - October 31, 2022 and is open to community members aged five and over. Each participant chooses from one of four predetermined challenges which are based on distance or frequency. Individuals who complete the challenge receive raffle prize entries for themselves and their council on aging. Individual prizes include gift cards of Visa ($50), Amazon ($25) and Dunkin’ ($10). Councils on aging prize levels range $250-1,000!
