The Town of Hubbardston produces five-year revenue and expense estimates each year, utilizing logical assumptions to forecast future revenue and expenses. This forecast, while useful, is not an exact science and was created using calculations based on historical and trend data. Town Administrator Nate Boudreau presented the Fiscal Year 2024 - 2028 Five-Year Financial Forecast to members of the Hubbardston Select Board and Finance Committee Chair Susan Rayne on February 6, 2023.
Please keep in mind that this report was created solely to assist the Select Board, Finance Committee, and Hubbardston residents in making decisions. Forecasted revenue and expenditure strategies are designed to be conservative, serving as a foundation for developing the FY24 budget as well as a foundation for future budget cycles.
