Town of Harvard - The beach will be in full operation this year

After the pandemic disruption and subsequent lack of a Beach Director, the Harvard Town Beach operation, guards, swim & boat lessons and boat rentals will be back this year, better than ever. Our new Recreation Director starts near the end of this month and is excited to run a professional beach operation. Parks & Rec used the disruption to invest in new boats for sailing lessons, a new 2nd raft, new lifeguard chairs, and new/expanded docks and moorings. We have also begun overhauling the beach house with new floor paint upstairs, a new ADA accessible bathroom and plans to paint the outside. Registration for lessons, parking stickers and the boat rental program will be available in April.
