Town Manager Report for September 19,  2022

Special Town Meeting is Saturday October 1st at 9:00 am in the High School Auditorium.  The Warrants were delivered to every household in Hamilton last week, but you can click here to view the warrant.

Babysitting is available during Town Meeting:
Members of the HWRHS National Honor Society will provide babysitting services during the Hamilton and Wenham Town Meetings on October 1st. There will be two sessions: for Hamilton 9:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Miles River Multipurpose Room; for Wenham 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm in the Miles River Multipurpose Room. A suggested donation of $10 per child is requested. Cash or check (made payable to the HWRSD) will be accepted at the door. Water and Goldfish will be provided. Parents may send snacks as long as they are NUT-Free. Please sign up for the desired timeframe so we have an idea of attendance and can plan accordingly. Please enter your child's name and age. Families must register in advance, no walk-ins. Thank you for understanding. The deadline to signup will be noon on Friday, October 30th.

Reminder to all Residents about Trash and Compost Collection:

Your Green Compost bin must remain out withttp://www.signupgenius.com/h your Trash barrel in order for the trash to be picked up. If the Compost has been collected before the Trash, do not remove the Green bin from your yard. The people on the Trash truck do not know that the compost has already been collected and will not pick up the trash if the Green bin is not there.
Also, on a holiday week, please check the first page of the website for the latest update about whether or not there are changes to the schedule for trash pick up that week. Thank you!!
