TOMORROW March 11 at 9am - Hamilton Wenham Athletic Facilities Improvement Project Presentation in the Ferrini Dramatics Center  at the High School.  Come learn more about the Athletic Facilities Improvement Project which is on the warrant for Town Meeting on April 1.If you have a question but are unable to attend, you can submit your questions here. The forum will be recorded and available through HWCam after the event.

SAVE THE DATES:

Annual Town Meeting is Saturday, April 1 at 9:00 am in the High School auditorium.

Annual Town Election is Thursday, April 6 from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm. at the Rec Center.

If you are not registered to vote, you must register by March 22 at 5:00 pm at the Clerk’s Office or on-line at the Secretary of State’s website.  Vote by Mail is available for the town election.

Reminders from the Town Clerk:
2023 Town Street List/Census forms were due mid-January. Please submit your form as soon as possible to the Town Clerk’s Office. If you have misplaced it, call 978-468-5570 x 3 or locate a blank form on the Clerk’s webpage. Receipt of the information is critical to maintaining a list of current residents and eligible voters

2023 Dog License renewals are due by March 31. The application was included in the Street List/Census mailing and is on the Clerk’s webpage.  Late fees goes into effect June 1.

Board and Committee Openings:
Conservation Commission - 1 opening
Environmental Impact Committee - 1 opening
Historic District Commission - 1 opening (At-Large)
Human Rights Commission - 1 opening (Housing Authority resident)
