LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Falmouth will accept sealed bids for the purchase of surplus property as follows: MES 2013 Ford F-150,
VIN # 1FTX1EFXDKE06001. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Town Mangers Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540 on or before 10:00am Friday, October 21, 2022, at which time they will be opened and read.
Envelopes shall be securely sealed and marked “MES Surplus Truck Sale” on the exterior. Bid information and required forms are available at the Harbormaster’s Office 180 Scranton Ave, Falmouth, MA 02540 or by calling 508-457-2550.
Vehicle is being sold in “AS IS” conditions with no warrantees either expressed or implied on any kind. This sale is subject to MGL Chapter 30B and the established rules for award. The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the vehicle described in the invitation for bids. The awarding authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to dispose of the vehicle through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder.
