Town Of Concord Assigned Aaa Bond Rating By Moody's

The Town of Concord is pleased to announce that the Town has once again been awarded a Aaa bond rating by Moody’s Investor Service. Moody’s has assigned the Town this rating stating that “the Aaa rating reflects a healthy financial position with strong fiscal management. The financial profile is stable although reserves are below-average for the rating category. The rating also incorporates a sizable and affluent tax base, below-average debt burden and well managed pension and OPEB liabilities.”
