Town Of Carver - 4th Quarter Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes Due Monday, May 2nd

4th quarter Fiscal Year 2022 REAL ESTATE and PERSONAL PROPERTY tax bills are due by Monday, May 2nd.  The 4th quarter tax bills were mailed on December 31, 2021, with the 3rd quarter remittance stub.  Payments must be received in the Tax Collector’s office on or before May 2, 2022, to be paid on time.  Postmark date is not acceptable as payment made if payments are not received in the Tax Collector’s office by May 2, 2022.  

All Fiscal Year 2022, Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills, remaining unpaid after their respective due dates are subject to 14% per annum interest from the due date.

Payments can be made in person at the Town Hall Tax Collector’s office on the 2nd floor, 108 Main Street; online through our website (click here for a direct link to UniPay); by mailing in payment with the remittance stub to our lockbox at: Town of Carver, Department 6310, PO Box 4110, Woburn, MA 01888-4110 or directly to our office mailing address at PO Box 67, Carver, MA  02330.  Payments by check can also be placed in an envelope addressed to Collector and put in the drop box outside Town Hall.

The Tax Collector's office will be open to receive payments of taxes Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesdays until 7:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to noon.
