2023 Town Election Information
Are you interested in getting involved with Town Government? Have you thought about running for a Local Office. The election cycle for 2023 has started.
If you would like to know more about a particular office click on the YOUR GOVERNMENT tab and check out that department/office.
If you have an interest in running you will need to :
-Come to Town Clerk's office
-Take out nomination papers for the seat you are interested in
-Gather signatures from Registered Burlington Voters - at least 10 for a Representation Town Meeting Member Seat or 50 for a Town Wide office.
-Return the Nomination papers by February 11th.
-Run a campaign for the Election on April 1st.
