SAVVY & SAFE WORKSHOP

On Monday, November 14 at 1:00pm at the Senior Center, join Sensei Noah Lucia of Boston Budo (our Karate for Seniors instructor) for this workshop designed primarily for those who want to feel safer and more confident during their daily lives. Whether you’re new to the city and you commute home late, you sometimes feel unsure in garages or you simply want to reawaken your senses, this program puts you one step ahead and gives you some tools to go. The personal safety workshop outlines strategies for avoiding danger using simple deterrents like time, light and noise. All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. Please register at 617-730-2770.
