Holiday Tree Drop off Jan 21, CEG Forum with the MAPC Jan 26

Holiday Tree Drop Off Saturday, Jan 21 
Holiday trees can be dropped off to be chipped and composted on Saturday, January 21st, 9:00 a.m. - noon, at the Reuse & Recycling Center, 33 Ryder Street. Arlington residents only, no fee, no appointment needed. No other yard material will be accepted. Wreaths and garlands belong in the trash because they contain plastic string and/or metal wire.

The Civic Engagement Group (CEG) is hosting a forum for residents to learn more about the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) and the MetroCommon 2050 Plan, which is the Greater Boston long-range plan. Whether you are familiar with MAPC or you know little about it, it plays such an important role in our region that we could always benefit from learning more about the organization and the work it does.
