Town Hall Service Advisory On October 27, 2022

The Town of Plymouth seeks to inform members of the public of a Town Hall service advisory that is anticipated to occur on Thursday, October 27, 2022. Due to significant online processing system upgrades, the following services at Town Hall will not be available on October 27, 2022.

Treasurer/Collector’s Office:

Members of the public and Town staff will not be able to access customer accounts for Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle Excise, Boat Excise, Water/Sewer, and Tax Titles.

In addition, the Treasurer/Collector’s Office will not be able to post payments to an account, search a bill to look up customer accounts, provide balances due, or inquires about payment history.

Furthermore, the Treasurer/Collector’s Office will not be able to answer specific questions pertaining to individual customers' accounts, or processing of MLC’s for Attorney’s, Title Service Companies & Mortgage Lenders.

Customers that have a copy of a current bill will be able to pay online via the Town website through Unipay. The current bill number is required to make an online payment.  In addition, customers can make a payment using the payment kiosk located outside of Plymouth Town Hall.

Assessors' Office:

The Assessors' Office will be unable to access customer bill information, which includes inquiries or abatements. Any questions regarding the Assessors' Office can be directed to 508-747-1620 ext. 10296

Inspectional Services:

Inspectional Services will be unable to perform the following services, process any permit applications, issue any permits, access any permit information or history, record any inspection results, produce certificates of occupancy, produce any generated reports, and process all payments.

Inspectional Services will be able to perform the following services, accept permit applications and date stamps, accept payments to be processed in the future, inspection requests will be processed manually, and inspections will be performed and manually recorded for future entry.

Human Resources:

Human Resources will be unable to access online job application submissions. Interested applicants may submit a printable employment application and are to submit the application via email or in person at the Human Resources Office. The Town of Plymouth anticipates all Town Hall services will be available on October 28, 2022, at 7:30 a.m.
