Handmade Pasta Making Class!

You requested it, and we have it!

We are welcoming back Chef Kelcy for another fabulous virtual cooking class!

This virtual workshop is all about the art of handmade pasta! Learn how easy it is to make a versatile pasta dough that you can use two ways! First, Chef Kelcy will demonstrate the art (and ease) of hand-rolling Orecchiette, or "little ears," to make an adorable little pasta that does a stellar job of soaking up all the yummy sauce. Then, we will learn about rolling out pasta at home and turning it into a delicious, seasonally inspired ravioli.

This is a virtual event to be held on Zoom.

Register HERE!

The recipes and ingredients list will be emailed the morning of the event so you can cook along at home!
