Looking for Summer Reading info?

Summer Reading information will be sent in a separate email by the end of next week! It will include information about adults, children's, and teen summer reading, including the prizes that can be won!

We are open (masks recommended)!

We are open for patrons to browse, use the computers, and work at our tables! The children's room and teen room are also currently open for browsers.

The mask mandate has recently been changed: masks are optional for the vaccinated. Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated. We still recommend masks and have them at the circulation desk if needed!

Join us for these adult Zoom programs. Registration is required!

Hybrid Program: S. Hilbre Thomson, Author of the Thriller Trevor
Monday, June 6th at 7pm
Join us for our first in-person/hybrid event! Local author S. Hilbre Thomson discuss her debut book Trevor. Written as a thriller, Trevor centers around Matt Stone, a North Carolina father who experiences a tragedy with his wife and son. Matt moves to New England where he encounters a boy who reminds him of his son Trevor. S. Hilbre  says that she wanted to write the kind of story where you are thinking the whole time while keeping the reader in suspense. Come and meet S. Hilbre and hear more about this book and its author. Copies of her book will be for sale at this event! Because this will be a hybrid (live and zoom) event, we ask that you still register. It will help with setting up and knowing if anyone is going to zoom. If you have any questions or concerns, or need help with registering, please call us!

Hybrid Program: Deborah Goodrich Royce, author of Finding Mrs. Ford
Monday, June 13th at 7pm
We hope you'll come and meet our special guest author, Deborah Goodrich Royce! Some of you may remember her because we zoomed with her a couple of times during the pandemic. Others of you may recognize her from watching her on All My Children or in the made for tv movie staring as Ted's wife with  NCIS's Mark Harmon (as Ted)! Deborah will be at our library to talk about her career and the two thrillers she has written, Finding Mrs. Ford and Ruby Falls. Hopefully, we'll get a sneak peak at book 3, too!
This program will be hybrid, and registration is required despite whether you attend in person or via zoom. Please respond to the question of whether or not you will attend in person.
