February Update!

Happy February! We have reached the shortest month of the year, and the snow season has officially begun. Are we in for a mild winter or an intense one? We'll have to see what that groundhog has to say. (There are an astonishing number of picture books about groundhogs learning to predict the weather, if anyone wants something timely and funny to read with their children. I was particularly partial to Groundhog Gets It Wrong by Jessica Townes.)

February also includes vacation week. We'll be putting on some fun activities to help get you out of the house. Come visit us for Lotus Flower Suncatchers, Slime Time, Marble Painting, and more!

If you want to see our most up-to-date information, check out our social media pages and our website using the links below:

During one of the darkest periods of American history, thousands of enslaved people undertook a harrowing journey to find freedom. That story comes to life in Heroes of the Underground Railroad. This play highlights several of the heroic stories of the brave men and women who dared to escape slavery, and the abolitionists who risked everything to aid them along the way. Your audiences will be amazed at the heroics of Harriet Tubman, Henry "Box" Brown, Frederick Dougless, Levi Coffin, and John Parker in this incredible show of true American heroes.
