Fiscal Year 2023 third quarter real estate tax bills are due on February 1, 2023. There are several payment options available for residents to pay their taxes.
Online Payments
Payments may be made online by clicking on the following Pay Your Bill link. Please keep in mind that bank charges are fee-based (UniPay Fee Schedule). Fees are based on the type of payment and the amount being processed. All fees for online payments are charged by the bank. The Town has no control over fees assessed by the bank.
Payment by Mail
- Check payments should be mailed with the bill remittance copy to the Town of Hanover, PO Box 755, Reading, MA 01867.
- Late payments should be mailed to the Town of Hanover Collector's Office, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339.
In-Person Payments
Taxpayers may make in-person payments at the Treasurer/Collector's Office (first floor as you walk into the main entrance). After-hours payments may be made by using the Town Hall front door mail slot.
Telephone Payments
The town is unable to accept payments over the telephone.
