City Of Newburyport : 2023 Community Preservation Act Grant Application is Open

The Community Preservation Committee will host its annual public hearing on Thursday, October 20th to discuss local needs in the areas of open space, recreation, affordable housing, and historic preservation. This year's CPC funding round will take place earlier than in years past and applications are due on December 16th. CPA funds have gone to projects including the Bartlet Mall restoration, improving the Custom House Maritime Museum, and a number of affordable housing projects. Be sure to keep an eye on this process and consider applying if you have an eligible project!
