City of Gloucester News Last Call For Household Hazardous Waste Appointments

Household Hazardous Waste Day Reminder:
The Fall Event will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm, rain or shine. Residents are asked to schedule an appointment to bring their materials to the Department of Public Works (DPW) yard. Please call (978) 325-5600 to schedule your appointment. WE STOP TAKING APPOINTMENTS FRIDAY, SEPT 30, AT NOON.
Gloucester residents are allowed to bring up to 25 pounds or gallons of material at no cost. If you exceed 25 pounds or gallons, an additional fee will be accessed and payable to Clean Harbors (payable by check only, cash is not accepted). Please understand that we can only accept hazardous materials when Clean Harbors is on site, early drop offs will not be allowed.
