The Carver Public Library is open 6 days a week:  Monday 10-6, Tuesday 10-8, Wednesday 10-6, Thursday 10-4, Friday 10-4, and Saturday 10-2. 

Toddler Storytime – Tuesdays, January 10 to February 14 at 10:30 a.m. Join volunteer reader, Sarah Hewins, for stories, songs and activities. 

Storytime –Wednesdays, January 11 to February 15 at 10:30 a.m.  Join us for stories, songs and related activities. 

Art Lab – Tuesdays, January 10 to February 14 at 5:30 p.m. – Ages 4 and up, drop-in for a new art adventure every week. This winter, enjoy Pokemon-themed activities like evolution kaleidoscopes, LEGO night, bookmarks, tabletop games and Aerodactyl magnets. 

Play with Pathways – Thursdays, January 12 to February 16 at 10:30 a.m. – Meet the members of Silver Lake’s Pathways group while you color and play games. 

PokeBingo – Saturday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m.– All ages, drop-in 

Perler Bead Pokemon – Saturday, February 4 at 11:00 a.m. – Ages 5 and up, drop-in 

Pokemon Valentines – Saturday, February 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. – All ages, drop-in

Events 

Movie Matinee –2nd Tuesday of the Month - 1:00 – Large Meeting Room

The February matinee will not be held because of building renovations.  We will continue our matinees in March. 

The Book Club at the Carver Public Library - Third Wednesday of the Month - 2:00 - Large Meeting Room

Everyone is welcome to the book club which meets most months of the year.  Books are available at the Circulation Desk. The book for Wednesday, February 15th is We Are Not Like Them by Christine Pride.  This month we will be meeting in the Carver Police Station Community Room.  

Jon Waterman Presents The Railroad in Song – Thursday, March 9th – Large Meeting Room – 2:00 p.m.

The Railroad in Song looks at the railroad in American history through songs about the railroad and westward migration, the train and Civil Rights, infamous train wrecks, the train in music, and more. Everyone is welcome!
