We are open for browsing with no reservations required! Stop by:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30—5:30
Tuesday: 9:30—7:00
Saturday: 10—12 for curbside pickups only

Curbside pickup will continue to be offered during all of our open hours.

Monday Morning Stories and Songs

Mondays at 10:00 am outdoors

Join us for a high-energy story time!  We’ll mix things up with a combination of stories for listening and songs for dancing. This program will be held outside on the library lawn. Bring a towel or blanket for stretching. Look for us around back! If there is rainy weather, the story time will be moved indoors.

Outdoor Story Time

Tuesdays at 10:00 am outdoors

We have missed you! Come and join us for in-person, outdoor story time on the beautiful grounds behind the library. Be sure to bring a blanket or chairs to get comfy. If there is rainy weather, the story time will be moved indoors.

History Book Club

Thursday, June 9 at 11:00 am on Zoom

Join us for a virtual discussion of Moloka'i by Alan Brennert. Copies available at the library, or borrow digitally. Please email mking@minlib.net to register and receive the Zoom link.

Dog Tales Personal Story Time

Friday, June 10 registration required

Sign up for a special story time with Lorcan and his human Cheryl!  We will read a couple books that are doggie approved, while your kiddo can cozy up with Lorcan. Please visit our website to register for a time slot.

Create Your Own K?lam

Saturday, June 11 at 2:00 pm at Shaw Park

Join the Natick Historical Society and the BFL at Shaw Park (across the street from the BFL) for a free hands-on program on how to draw a K?lam, a traditional decorative floor art practiced by generations of Tamil Hindu women across South India. Supplies will be provided. Please visit our website to register.

Natick Seed Library

The Natick Seed Library is now available at the BFL! Come into the library to select seeds to borrow and learn more details on how the seed library works. 

The Natick Seed Library is a collaboration between Natick Community Gardens, the Morse Institute Library, and the Bacon Free Library. This spring and summer, all three organizations will collaborate on a free virtual lecture series. Check out the list of events here!
