Happy end of November to everyone! We hope your Thanksgiving was amazing and full of excellent food, friends, and family (the best three 'f's) and you get to have a lull before the storm of the holidays and end of the calendar year. We've got a couple things coming up that might help give you a breather, and we hope you can take us up on them!

We have another 'Save the Date' for you! A Novel Occasion is returning for January 27th, 2024 with another group of ten best-selling authors for you to meet! Tickets aren't yet on sale, but we'll let you know when they are!

Programs

Color and Chill is coming back! After our own hectic November, we'd like to invite you to join us for another hour of quiet relaxation before you get into the full swing of December! Coloring has been proven to help reduce stress, so take a break with us and distract yourself with the variety of seasonal coloring pages waiting for you, soothing music, and snacks.

We'll be meeting on Friday, December 8th at 6:30pm, and everything you'll need will be provided! No registration required.

We hope you're ready for another craft - a Preschool Winter Craft! Join us with your littles on Wednesday, December 13th at 4pm for a fun and flexible winter craft projects for kids 2.5-5 years old!  Siblings welcome!  Registration is required, please register each child who will participate in the craft separately so we can be sure to have enough supplies.

Calling all board game enthusiasts! Our next Board Game Night will be Thursday, December 14th at 6pm! Come join us to play your favorite games, learn new games, and meet new board game buddies in the community~

We will provide different featured games each month and welcome gamers of all levels. Feel free to bring in your favorite game to teach as well! Please register so we get a sense of how many games we will need!

Ready for another Teen Movie Night? In the spirit of the season, we'd love to have you/your teen join us on Friday, December 15th at 6pm for "Home Alone"! Bring your blankets and your friends and we'll supply the snacks and drinks. Recommended for grades 6th-8th, no registration required.

A mischievous 8-year-old who's picked on by his older siblings and ignored by his parents would really rather be left alone—and that's exactly what happens when he gets accidentally left behind in a frenzied rush to the airport for a family vacation in Paris over the holiday season. After learning to fend for himself, the boy has to protect his house against two bumbling burglars who are planning to rob it.

Last newsletter we told you the Copley Cats were coming back this year, and we officially have a time for you! Join us at 1:30pm on Saturday, December 16th for our favorite a capella group as they perform holiday favorites and seasonal tunes guaranteed to fill you with cheer.

They'll be performing in the Roche Bros room, and historically seating has been packed, so come early to snag your chair.

The Memory Cafe is happening early next month! Join us on Monday, December 18th from 10:30-12pm in the Roche Brothers Community Room. All are welcome and there is no cost to attend.

A memory café is a welcoming place for individuals and families living with memory changes. Each café event will feature a guest artist or performer, time for conversation, as well as coffee and refreshments.
