Journaling is a traditional, old-timey personal activity that is ripe for a comeback. In a world of overwhelming digital content and social media apps that contort ideas and imagination into bite-size nuggets that are rarely insightful and never private, journaling is a creative and therapeutic hobby that allows for deep expression and rewarding escape. Local author Jason M. Rubin hopes this 90 minute, hands-on workshop will inspire you to start your own journaling practice, no matter your writing goals.

Please bring a blank journal with you to this workshop.  Jason recommends getting one you really like the look of and will look forward to writing in.
