Expressive Art: Vision Board Workshop
Monday January 8, 10:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

Join us for an art therapy group that will help you gain insight and set goals you can accomplish. The first part will be writing, and the second part will be collaging. One per household.

Falls: How Can we Reduce our Risk?
Wednesday, January 10, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

We will discuss what factors contribute to dizziness & balance, and activities & exercises that you can use to prevent falling. Added bonus: some safety tips for the snow and cold!

Singing Grandpops

The Arlington Retired Men's Club will entertain us by singing some popular songs that everyone loves.
