United Methodist Church Fall Festival
Saturday, October 14
9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Family-friendly outdoor event to feature activities, tag sale, and vendors
Branford, CT: The “Church on the Rock” in Branford will hold its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at 811 East Main Street (Route 1). The outside event in the church parking lot will serve as the location for meeting friends, sharing delicious food, and finding treasures.

A highlight of the Festival will be hand-crafted items from local crafters, plus tag sale vendors and UMCB’s Granny's Cellar—always stocked with great second-hand finds! There will be plenty of kids’ activities, with popcorn, cotton candy, candy apples, and more. Swing by our pumpkin patch to select a gourd for your fall decorating. Beautiful quilts made by the UMCB “Sewing for God” group will be available for sale.

There’s even something for the furry family members! Stop by the Pet Table to pick up homemade doggie treats, bedding, toys, and more. Liven up your landscaping with an Autumn planting from “Ruby’s Garden” plant sale - all hand-propagated by UMCB church member Ruby L.

Feeling hungry? Check out the UMCB Bake Sale, featuring the church’s signature Apple Crisp dessert. “It will be memorable by size and content!” promises Festival Chairperson Diane Nerkowski. Or swing by The Harvest Grill for a hamburger or hotdog.

For more information, please contact the church at (203) 673-9485 or umcbranford1966@gmail.
